THE BBB....
March 4th, 2008 at 10:52 pmI got this woman set up in our program yesterday and she called her bank, so we can take out our monthly payments monthly and they told her that we were not with the Better Business Bureau.
WHICH WE ARE!!!
I spent like 30 minutes showing the woman how to get online to the BBB.org and find our company. Even after she saw it, she called her bank again and they told her the same thing. She called right back 2 minutes later and i told her to email her bank the page so they can see too.
This woman was all worried out of her mind b/c of her credit union...what the crap!!! Frustrating....sorry just had to vent.
